Entrepreneurship is a way of life.
On any given day, you have a vision and a focus, and you act to move the needle forward. However, while you strive to do so, you must deal with chaos, uncertainty, and the world throwing things at you. All while navigating new ideas, thoughts, and innovations, and figuring things out as you go.
Fundraising and occasional milestones are merely pit stops for fueling the car to reach your destination and execute your vision, taking things forward. It's not always easy or rosy, but you learn, grow, and evolve.
As a bonus, you do it with incredible people who teach you new things and share their experiences of the ride with you. The collective experience matters.
You see the materialization of the things you want to work on, sometimes slowly and steadily, and at times in the blink of an eye. You see and feel ideas come alive, get reshaped, launched, and go out there to live on their own, and at times become a part of the overall human consciousness or change the world forever.
The feeling of seeing ideas, visions, and thoughts become something tangible, that is sheer joy and blissful. That is the only true "why?" in my honest opinion behind the unreasonable adventure most entrepreneurs sign up for and undertake.
Everything else is a blur.
